Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Lobby Bar Server Assistant (On-Call) to support our vibrant Lobby Bar. The role requires 1–2 years in Food & Beverage, strong guest service, and the ability to multi-task in a busy setting.

Responsibilities include assisting servers, clearing and resetting tables, delivering food to guests, and coordinating with the chef. Fluency in English and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Food knowledge and guest service orientation.
• Clear verbal communication and teamwork with staff.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dining area.

Responsabilités

• Assist servers to provide a smooth dining experience.
• Clear and reset tables per standards.
• Maintain expo line cleanliness and organization.
• Deliver food to the correct tables with accurate descriptions.
• Communicate with the restaurant chef as needed.
