Job summary

Tharaldson Hospitality’s Hampton Inn & Suites Santa Rosa is seeking a part-time bartender to join our lobby bar team in Santa Rosa, CA. You will serve beverages to guests with warmth and professionalism.

This role supports guest service in a high-volume hotel lobby, with opportunities to develop bartending skills and interact with a diverse range of guests. The position offers competitive pay, Daily Pay, and comprehensive benefits for you and your family, including medical, vision, dental, 401k,

Qualifications

0–1 year of customer service experience.
0–1 year of bartending experience.
21 years of age or older.
Eligible to obtain alcohol serving certification.

Responsibilities

Inform guests of daily specials and takes beverage order
Monitor tables in assigned section ensuring all patrons are served
Removes empty or dirty glasses and bottles, disposes properly of bottles and washes glasses in glass washer
Ensure tables are cleaned for each patron
Ensure ashtrays are at applicable tables
Maintain bar station by keeping area tidy and stock bar by placing orders as needed
Compute bill and accept payments
Complete bar inventory log
Ensure tips are reported properly for tax processing
All other duties as assigned
