Qualifications

• Experience in bartending, hotel, restaurant, or rooftop bars is preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails and mixology techniques.
• Willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service and create connections with guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and follow health and safety standards.
• Know the full cocktail menu and beverage selections; answer guest questions confidently.
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and complete end-of-shift reconciliations.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment.
• Monitor responsible alcohol service and comply with liquor laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests — building personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive drink recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station; complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes — confidently answering guest questions
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations every time
• Accurately process all payment methods — cash, card, and digital — and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment
• Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Sharp attention to detail — from cocktail presentation to guest satisfaction

• Previous bartending experience preferred — hotel, restaurant, or rooftop bar backgrounds a plus; willing to train the right candidate
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for extended periods; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
