Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in a hotel or related field is a plus.
• Valid state driver's license may be required if driving is property-specific; an acceptable MVR may be needed.
• Ability to perform well in stressful or high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Keep lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and public areas spotless and guest-ready.
• Assist guests with friendly, helpful service and quick responses to requests.
• Help set up chairs, tables, and tech for meetings and events as needed.
• Maintain safety and security of sensitive areas and manage lost-and-found items.
• Support housekeeping as a behind-the-scenes hero with a positive attitude.
