Job summary

SpringHill Suites Bloomington is looking for a House Attendant to keep public areas sparkling and assist guests with a smile. The role requires open availability between 8AM-6PM, with weekends on a full-time schedule.

You will back up the housekeeping team, help with event setups, and ensure clean, welcoming spaces across lobbies and restrooms. A high school diploma is preferred, and a valid driver's license may be required for driving roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for driving roles.
• Ability to stay calm and work well under pressure is essential.

Responsibilities

• Shine Specialist: Maintain top-tier sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment, ensuring everything sparkles.
• Guest Experience First Responder: Respond quickly to guest requests with a friendly attitude, delivering items and service that reflect top-tier hospitality.
• Event Support Extraordinaire: Assist in setting up meeting rooms and events, ensuring every detail is in place for a seamless experience.
• Safety & Security Steward: Safeguard sensitive areas, manage lost-and-found items responsibly, and practice safe work habits to prevent injuries.
