Job summary

Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa in Miramar Beach, FL seeks a friendly Public Area Attendant to maintain restrooms, lobby, and public spaces. Responsibilities include cleaning sinks, toilets, dusting furniture, windows, and trash removal to keep the hotel spotless.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively. Prior housekeeping or lobby experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months housekeeping or lobby experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all public area restrooms by cleaning sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles and floors, and replace amenities and remove trash.
• Dust all furniture, pictures, vents, light fixtures, and woodwork; perform weekly high dusting.
• Keep glass doors and windows free of fingerprints and streaks.
• Clean guest laundry area, lint filters, sand from dryers, wipe equipment.
• Polish metal and brass; clean door tracks.
• Vacuum public area carpeting; report stains.
• Clean ashtrays, urns, and trash in outdoor public areas.
• Sweep and mop PM lobby area; remove trash from HR/Corporate/Front Desk offices daily.
