Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience is desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality and good time management.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and to move/position self.
• Clear communication and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to lift and carry loads of at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as part of a team to maintain resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Walk assigned floors at shift start and end to collect bags and trash.
• Refill linen on each floor pantry and replenish supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness of public areas including bathrooms, lounges and hallways.
• Assist room attendants with heavy lifting during deep cleaning.
• Follow SOPs to clean all public areas as prescribed.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas and dispose properly.
• Respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and team members.
