Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desired.
• Neat, pleasant personality and a professional demeanor.
• Strong time management and ability to work on your feet for long shifts.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to move, traverse and lift up to 25 lbs; operate cleaning tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure a smooth, clean stay.
• Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including restrooms and lounges.
• Assists room attendants and supports heavy cleaning tasks as needed.
• Walk floors at shift start/end to collect bags and clean linen inventory.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, proactive manner.
