Job summary

DoubleTree Orlando Downtown is seeking a Housekeeping Lobby Attendant to keep the front lobby pristine and guest-ready. You will greet guests courteously and ensure all public areas meet our standards.

Responsibilities include responding to safety concerns, cleaning the lobby, pool area, restrooms, and restocking supplies while maintaining a tidy, inviting environment for visitors staying at the hotel in Orlando, Florida.

Qualifications

• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Regular attendance per established guidelines.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Focus and maintain attention to tasks, and complete work assignments on time despite frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the entire front lobby is clean and presentable for the guest.
• Respond to and correct any potential safety conditions such as a wet floor.
• Clean pool area and restrooms.
• Clean all public restrooms and stock all necessary items.
• Empty the trash from all offices, including the Sales, Executive and Front offices.
• Clean, dust, mop, vacuum and polish the lobby area including ashtrays, furniture, house phones, wall fixtures, plants, vending machines, glass and windows.
• Greet guests in a courteous fashion.
