Job summary

Remington Hotels is seeking a hotel lobby attendant to maintain a spotless front area and promptly address safety concerns such as wet floors after rain or snow events. The role requires diligent cleaning of lobby, restrooms, pool area, and public spaces while stocking supplies. You will greet guests courteously and contribute to a welcoming environment.

The position supports hotel operations by ensuring public spaces remain clean, safe, and inviting for guests throughout varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the entire front lobby is clean and presentable for the guest
• Immediately respond to and correct any potential safety conditions such as a wet floor due to guests tracking in rain or snow
• Clean pool area and restrooms
• Clean all public restrooms and stock all necessary items
• Empty the trash from all offices, including the Sales, Executive and Front offices.
• Clean, dust, mop, vacuum and polish the lobby area including ashtrays, furniture, house phones, wall fixtures, plants, vending machines, glass and windows
• Greet guests in a courteous fashion
