A dynamic apartment management company in Denver is hiring a Lobby Attendant. The role involves attending the apartment entrance, assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness in common areas, and delivering exceptional customer service. We, the Envolve Client Services Group team are recruiting friendly self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes and a drive to succeed, to join our growing company. We are currently hiring Lobby Attendant's to work various shifts including Full time and Part time shifts (see shifts below) at Rhonda's Place located in Denver, CO.
Morning Shift:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break (Monday to Friday)
Evening Shift:
5:00 PM – 1:00 AM, with a 1-hour lunch break (Monday to Friday)
Overnight Shift:
1:00 AM – 8:00 AM, with a 30-minute lunch break (Monday to Friday)
Weekend Shift:
10:00 PM – 4:00 AM, 6-hour shift (Saturday and Sunday only)
DESCRIPTION:
To attend the door of the apartment building and assist those entering.
DUTIES:
- Answer the phone
- Buzzing in guest and making sure they sign the guest sign in book. Must maintain the guest log book.
- Open the door for people going in or out Keep common areas clean (vacuum, pick up, etc)
- Make coffee & popcorn when/if needed, if applicable
- Dispose of trash from common areas
- Assist residents when needed
- To report to Property Manager areas unprofessional in appearance beyond their control
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Basic writing and reading skills required
- Must work well with the public and with others as a team
- Must be able to take direction from supervisor but have the initiative to work independently
- A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical
Rate: $20-$21.00 Based on experience and shift hours
