Job summary

Remington Hotels Careers is seeking a dedicated in-office hospitality staff member to maintain a clean lobby, public areas and restrooms, and to promptly address safety concerns such as wet floors. You will greet guests and ensure a presentable lobby environment throughout your shift.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility to work varying schedules to meet property needs. Physical ability to lift and move items and stand/walk as needed is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the entire front lobby is clean and presentable for the guest.
• Immediately respond to and correct any potential safety conditions such as a wet floor.
• Clean pool area and restrooms.
• Clean all public restrooms and stock all necessary items.
• Empty trash from all offices (Sales, Executive, Front).
• Clean, dust, mop, vacuum and polish the lobby area including ashtrays, furniture, house phones, wall fixtures, plants, vending machines, glass and windows.
• Greet guests in a courteous fashion.

What you will be doing

• Ensure the entire front lobby is clean and presentable for the guest
• Immediately respond to and correct any potential safety conditions such as a wet floor due to guests tracking in rain or snow
• Clean pool area and restrooms
• Clean all public restrooms and stock all necessary items
• Empty the trash from all offices, including the Sales, Executive and Front offices.
• Clean, dust, mop, vacuum and polish the lobby area including ashtrays, furniture, house phones, wall fixtures, plants, vending machines, glass and windows
• Greet guests in a courteous fashion

Hourly Pay: $16.50

Physical Requirements (In-Office Role)

• Ability to work in a standard office environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. (6-8 hours a day)
• Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday.
• Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing, utilizing a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items.
• Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 pounds as needed (e.g., files, office supplies).
• Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods and color differentiation (for certain roles).
• Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings, use phone and/or headset
