Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking friendly Lobby Ambassadors to engage guests in hotel lobbies and introduce them to our Marketing team. You will provide outstanding customer service and represent our brand in a dynamic resort environment.

This role requires face-to-face interaction, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. On-site position with opportunities for growth and exclusive hotel discounts.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face guest interaction preferred.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and provide elevated customer service face to face.
• Offer assistance when needed and introduce guests to the Marketing team.
• Provide the highest level of service to suggest local attractions and restaurant recommendations.
• Provide effective problem resolution techniques if applicable.
