Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced LOB Quality Architect to define quality strategies and risk-based testing across home loans, loan servicing, default management, collections, and auto finance. You will lead end-to-end QA efforts, ensuring coverage of complex data, integrations, and reporting, while collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive QA, test architecture, or quality engineering experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of home loans, loan servicing, default, collections, and auto finance.
• Proven ability to design risk-based test strategies and enterprise-level test plans.
• Experience with complex LOB data, interfaces, APIs, batch processes, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement quality and test strategies across home-loan servicing, default management, collections, and auto-finance.
• Analyze end-to-end LOB processes to identify risks across business, data, and integrations.
• Design risk-based test scenarios and coverage models aligned with priorities.
• Ensure comprehensive testing across functional, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Lead testing of integrations with lending platforms, payment systems, and CRM.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, architects, developers, data teams, compliance stakeholders, and business users.
