Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and seven years of experience.
• Experience administering Title IV and other federal and state aid programs.
• Ability to guide decentralized teams and improve programs.
• Strong communication with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directs, monitors, and assesses needs and directs the application of resources of an administrative University office dealing with one or more major functional areas.
• Directs and implements solutions to problems of routine to complex nature affecting multiple areas.
• Plans and participates in long-term university activities to comply with goals and objectives.
• Establishes and implements university-wide policies across functional areas.
• Ensures policies comply with federal, state, and local laws.
• Develops and monitors goals for managerial staff in line with strategies.
