Qualifications

• Experience in financial aid programs preferred.
• Strong analytical and processing capabilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the administration of Federal Direct Student Loan Programs.
• Review COD reports, disbursement reports, and one-term loan processing.
• Provide advisement to students, parents, and other constituents during peak times.
• Participate in federal financial aid application review and processing including professional judgment, eligibility review and other aid-related responsibilities.
• Liaise between the Student Services area and Loan Services throughout the aid year.
