Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; minimum one year banking experience.
• Associates degree or coursework in accounting/finance preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and internet searches.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the financial exception report and creates reports for CPM Team Leader and Manager of the Business Line.
• Ensures tickler dates on exception reports are accurate as financials are received.
• Escalates when financial statements are not received within 45 days of initial contact.
• Sends received financial statements for imaging and review by CPM and Loan Officer.
• Contacts borrowers, bookkeepers and CPAs requesting required financial documentation.
• Monitors portfolio management reports and assists Loan Officers on past due items to clear exceptions.
• Delivers superior customer service with accurate and timely information to CPMs and Loan Officers.
