Citi in Irving, Texas is seeking a Transaction Management professional to support loan origination, closing and servicing lifecycle activities within the Wholesale lending operations. You will help design processes, implement technology, and coordinate data and documentation to ensure compliance and end-to-end transparency.

This role requires strong communication, organization and Excel proficiency, plus familiarity with tools like Tableau and Loan IQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in wholesale lending is advantageous.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support loan origination and lifecycle management including syndicated and bilateral loans across corporate, commercial, real estate and structured lending.
• Assist with creation of processes, standards, controls, and training for transaction management.
• Aid in design and implementation of technology including testing and rollout.
• Provide training and support to transaction management staff and business constituents.
• Coordinate with originating and coverage lines, credit risk, operations, and legal teams.
• Ensure data quality, controls and processes meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to define operational metrics and risk reviews for end-to-end transparency.
• Improve processes and efficiencies across loan lifecycle.
• Participate in projects to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Take part in loan remediation and system testing/migrations.
• Manage and maintain a deal closing pipeline.
