Responsibilities

• Contribute to the build and development team to support loan origination and lifecycle management including syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Assist with creation of processes, standards, controls, and training for transaction management.
• Aid in design and implementation of technology including testing and rollout.
• Provide training and support to transaction management staff and business constituents.
• Partner with originating/coverage lines, credit risk, operations, and legal to ensure compliance and alignment.
• Ensure data quality and adherence to internal policies/regulatory requirements.
