• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in syndicated loan operations, business management, or related fields.
• Understanding of syndicated loan processing and platforms like Loan IQ and ClearPar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate across Operations, Technology, Product, and Controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter with continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify process gaps and operational risks and propose sustainable solutions.
• Lead and support initiatives focused on optimization and automation.
• Partner with Technology and Product to design and implement enhancements.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Assess operational risk and implement mitigating controls with Control partners.
• Support resiliency activities by maintaining continuity and recovery plans.
• Ensure procedures are documented and kept up-to-date.
• Oversee RBAC governance and policy adherence.
• Monitor progress and drive timely delivery of initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline.
