Job summary

World Finance in Gainesville, TX is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan applications, manage delinquent accounts, and assist customers with tax services in person and over the phone.

This temporary in-office role requires daily outbound calling, handling high-volume conversations, and meeting sales and collection targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound customer outreach for collections, application follow-up, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax-related questions in compliance with policies.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and account questions.
