Job summary

CH Brown Company is seeking a Loan Support Specialist to join the Client Services team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to borrowers, originators, and prospective clients while maintaining accurate loan data and performing account maintenance.

Responsibilities include handling high-volume calls, monitoring emails, updating loan information, and supporting other CS workflows. The position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work across time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of administrative or clerical experience.
• One year of telephonic customer service experience in a loan-related area preferred.
• Educational background in accounting or practical experience equivalent is acceptable.
• Must have strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform in a high-demand, fast-moving environment.
• Capable of handling sensitive financial transactions and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Answer the main line, greet callers, and transfer to the correct work center or voicemail.
• Monitor CS email and forward or reply as appropriate.
• Update loan account information to maintain data accuracy.
• Provide back-up to CS staff and handle past-due inquiries.
• Support other work centers as directed (e.g., Reception, Titles).
• Initiate skip traces, send late payment notices, and assist with loan extensions or modifications.
