Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing loan portfolio.
• Prepare loan documentation as required by Loan Officers.
• Take loan applications and approve or reject loan requests per policies.
• Organize loan files and required paperwork.
• Provide customer service throughout the loan process.
• Communicate document changes to Loan Officers.
• Cross-sell loan products where appropriate.
• Maintain loan accounts in bank software and assist audits.
