Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services LLC seeks a Loan Consultant II to provide an exceptional customer experience while offering personal loan solutions. You will build a customer base through sales, loan extensions, and merchant referrals at the Charlottesville office.

Responsibilities include processing payments, approving loans within limits, and market­ing all branch products. Requires strong communication skills and 2–4 years in consumer finance, with English/Spanish bilingual ability preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling; computer skills; customer service skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and by phone.
• Process payments, distributions, and loan approvals.
• Handle collection accounts and communicate with customers.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and record-keeping; balance cash drawer.
