OneMain Financial Group in the United States is hiring a Loan Sales Specialist on site in Ravenel, SC. You will listen to customers, present tailored financing options, and help people access responsible credit while supporting branch goals.

The role offers day-to-day development and advancement opportunities, with incentives and comprehensive benefits. You will work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday hours, and join a team focused on customer care and results.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands while delivering timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement to meet branch goals.
• Build new connections and guide customers through the loan process.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections with regulatory compliance.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
