Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with both external and internal customers.
• Excellent organization, data entry and mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under high volume and pressure of deadlines.

Purpose of the role:

This role requires a high energy, service oriented individual with a professional demeanor whose focus is on accurately and timely processing for mortgage loan servicing. This may consist of answering customer service phone calls regarding loans, posting payments to loan accounts and/or funding of loans. This role performs any combination of complex payoff calculations, branch balancing, funding of loans, payment reversals and manual calculations when required and verifying payments have posted correctly. Requires a passion for helping others, the ability to communicate professionally with clients and co-workers in a timely manner with a positive attitude. All of this must be done while protecting all customer sensitive information. This role may be assigned projects as needed.
