Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-year banking experience preferred, with payment processing, underwriting, or lending compliance.
• Knowledge of lending policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation aligned with the credit union's mission.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support credit card operations with limit reviews and adjustments.
• Receive and log debt protection claims and maintain records.
• Process loan payments, reversals, and disbursements.
• Process loan payoffs and collateral release documents.
• Coordinate with vendors for insurance renewals and force placement.
• Fulfill daily servicing requests from branches and departments.
• Prepare and review file for audits and risk assessments.
• Test core system applications and test new releases.
• Ensure procedures comply with CFPB, Reg Z, RESPA, SCRA, GLBA and other laws.
