Olympia Federal Savings is seeking a Loan Servicing Assistant to support loan boarding, SBA reporting, and core-system updates. The role includes assisting with escrow analyses and tax payments, plus monitoring construction loans and modifications.

The candidate will work with the loan servicing team to ensure accurate records, timely reporting, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Public relations and customer service experience.
• Thorough understanding of banking regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Set up new loans in database systems.
• Complete SBA processing for monthly reporting and remittance.
• Process and reconcile monthly purchased loan payments.
• Monitor UCC filings and balance general ledger.
• Maintain the core system related to loans and boarding interface.
• Process mortgage payments and loan payment corrections.
• Monitor construction loans-in-process, payoffs, and modifications.
