Job summary

Olympia Federal Savings is seeking a Loan Servicing Assistant to onboard all types of loans, handle SBA reporting, and update the core loan system. You will assist with escrow analyses, tax payments, and monitor construction loans-in-process, payoffs, and modifications.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service experience, knowledge of banking regulations, and the ability to balance multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, including explaining complex regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up new loans in database systems.
• Complete SBA processing for timely monthly reporting and remittance.
• Process and reconcile monthly purchased loan payments.
• Monitor UCC filings and balance general ledger.
• Maintain the core system related to loans and loan boarding interface.
• Payoffs and mortgage quotes in line with policy and regulatory guidelines.
