Job summary

River Run Services, LLC is seeking a Loan Servicing Quality Control Specialist in Newburyport, MA to ensure loan data accuracy, completeness and compliance during new loan boardings and maintenance changes. You will review daily reports and verify documentation before billing.

The role requires 3-5 years in loan servicing or QA in financial services, knowledge of RESPA and related acts, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years in loan servicing or quality control.
• Working knowledge of RESPA, HOEPA, and Biggert-Waters Act.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control reviews for new loan boarding and maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support consumer, residential, commercial, and escrow loan servicing by validating transactions.
• Manage ARM rate and payment changes; monitor daily reports for servicing exceptions.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and review invoices for processing and payment.
