Responsibilities

• Process tax and insurance payments accurately and on schedule.
• Perform escrow analyses and complete required annual account reconciliations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to borrower questions regarding escrow accounts.
• Research and resolve escrow shortages, surpluses, and related account discrepancies.
• Maintain complete and accurate escrow account records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure all escrow activities comply with applicable regulatory and investor requirements.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports on escrow account activity.
• Assist with reconciling escrow accounts and resolving identified variances.
