Job summary

Northwest Bank in Warren, PA is seeking a Loan Servicing Coordinator to manage the lifecycle of small business and commercial loans. You will handle setup, funding, post-closing, and ongoing servicing while ensuring data integrity and compliance with CECL data points.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal teams to reconcile reports and maintain collateral records. Onsite work is required with some flexibility for Friday work-from-home.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• 5-6 years of commercial or small business loan experience.
• Knowledge of commercial and small business loan products, credit policy, compliance and interpretation of legal and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete new loan set-up, funding, and post-closing review.
• Post loan transactions for all product types and perform loan maintenance.
• Respond to customer inquiries with exemplary customer service.
• Monitor and reconcile reports for SBA/Small Business and Commercial Loans.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts and daily balancing.
• Process loan Line of Credit Renewals and UCC continuations.
• Establish and maintain loan collateral records and lien positions.
• Provide back-up support to collateral/origination areas and training to new staff.

PA0736 Administration CenterJob Descriptionhe Loan Servicing Coordinator is responsible for loan servicing for all small business and commercial loans and occasionally serve as a back-up in absence of the Small Business Loan Operations Management team.
