Job summary

Berkadia is seeking a detail-oriented Servicing Analyst to act as a SME for the McCracken system, resolving billing and amortization discrepancies and supporting the Client Relations team. You will handle daily data updates, participate in process improvements, and assist end-users of Berkadia’s borrower and investor sites.

Strong knowledge of McCracken, Excel, and Cognos, plus 1–2 years of relevant experience, will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment that values accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, review and understand legal documentation, preferably related to commercial loans.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving abilities for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on McCracken; assist with billing, accrual issues, and amortization discrepancies.
• Interact with servicing loan administration, client relations, and external clients as needed.
• Perform quality control on new loans in McCracken; verify rates, accruals, and billing per loan docs.
• Monitor loans requiring manual updates due to scheduled changes or billing requirements.
• Coordinate data cleanup using Servicing Data Warehouse; prepare corrections and monitor processes.
