World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and prepare tax returns in Forest Park, GA. The role includes daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and loan applications.

You will handle collections while generating new business, maintain accurate records, and support branch operations to achieve performance goals and deliver comprehensive financial services.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, application follow-up, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and identify opportunities for additional financial products and services.
• Prepare individual tax returns, gather and review required documentation, and assist customers with tax questions.
