You will work Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours, engaging customers across multiple channels and supporting branch goals while advancing your career through robust training and advancement opportunities.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands, delivering timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement to meet branch goals.
• Develop new connections and engage customers throughout the loan process, offering tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, while staying compliant with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and a results-oriented mindset.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
