Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to dynamic demands, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement to achieve goals.
• Develop new connections and nurture customer relationships through loan lifecycle.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and explain loan terms.
