Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Onsite branch work is essential; working from home is not permitted.
• Travel, including overnight travel, is an essential function of the position.
• Meet licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Ability to analyze relevant information and apply judgment.
• Strong interpersonal relationships across varied settings.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products and services to support branch goals and customer expectations.
• Market branch products to customers and potential customers.
• Conduct collection calls to arrange payments.
• Originate new loans with new and existing customers.

• Ensure customer information is accurate and document interactions.
• Meet or exceed branch and individual goals.
• Dialogue with customers to identify needs and respond promptly.
• Build internal and external relationships.
