Qualifications

• Preferred: sales, collections or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• develop new connections and maintain relationships across the loan lifecycle
• manage loan lifecycle including collections activities while staying compliant with laws
• engage customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems
• educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms
