OneMain Financial is seeking dedicated Loan Sales Specialists in an on-site role in Cheyenne, WY. You will engage customers, present financing options for life’s expenses, and help manage the loan process end-to-end.

Ideal candidates bring sales or customer service experience and are bilingual in Spanish. The role offers career growth and a comprehensive benefits package, with schedule Monday–Friday and occasional extended hours, including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, delivering timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and encouragement to hit individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and engage customers throughout the loan process and life cycle with tailored solutions.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and departments via phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products to ensure understanding of options.
