In the Role

• Effectively multitask and adapt to dynamic demands, ensuring timely and efficient service
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement, achieving individual and branch goals
• Develop new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting tailored solutions
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while maintaining compliance with laws and regulations
• Engage with customers and departments via phone, email, chat, and internal systems
• Exhibit passion for achievement and a goal-oriented attitude
• Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring understanding of loans, terms, and options

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred

• Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience
• Bilingual - Spanish

Location

On-site. Schedule: Monday-Friday during standard hours, with some extended hours and occasional Saturdays.
