Job summary

ChoiceOne Bank is seeking a Loan Review Analyst to assess credit and collateral information across diverse loan types and prepare annual reviews for committee approvals. The role includes evaluating appraisals and environmental reports, and compiling key management reports.

Responsibilities include conducting annual credit reviews, ensuring adherence to policies, coordinating appraisal/environmental orders, and performing special reviews as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (required).
• Minimum three (3) years of review experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer knowledge – Windows, Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of Banking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform annual credit reviews on commercial loan relationships, to include review of all pertinent credit & financial information, such as credit bureaus, UCC & title searches, various financial statements, the loan files to include both credit & collateral, and provide credit analysis and assign grading to same.
• Assess the adherence to internal credit and loan administration policies and procedures.
• Coordinate Appraisal/Environmental orders and complete reviews as assigned and in accordance with guidelines.
• Provide special reviews as requested to assess the state of certain loan portfolio segments.
• Input financial statement spreads using Flash Spread.
