Job summary

Dollar Loan Center in Boise is seeking a Loan Processor to help customers meet short-term financial needs. You’ll review applications, verify information, and fund loans while delivering friendly, accurate service.

You’ll handle payments, answer questions, and collect on past-due accounts, maintaining precise data in our system. Occasional travel between locations is required; a high school diploma and 1 year of customer service are needed.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and operate computer systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loan applications and underwriting questions.
• Review applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Process loans and calculate payments per guidelines.
• Explain loan contracts and terms to customers.
• Interact with past-due accounts with professional outreach.
• Log notes and track promise dates in the system.
