Job summary

Dollar Loan Center is seeking a Loan Processor to review applications, verify information, and fund loans. You’ll greet customers in person or by phone, discuss loan options, and guide them through underwriting guidelines while delivering stellar service.

You’ll handle payments, contact past-due accounts, and log notes with promise dates. The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service, basic computer skills, and willingness to travel between locations.

Qualifications
