Job summary

Dollar Loan Center is seeking a Loan Processor to help customers meet their short-term financial needs. You will review applications, verify information, and fund the loan, while answering questions and guiding customers through the process.

You will process loans quickly, explain terms, and handle payments, with a focus on accuracy and excellent service. Bilingual skills are a plus in serving a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual ability is a bonus.
