Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior loan documentation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process various loan types submitted by lending staff, focusing on non-real estate loans.
• Produce loan documentation according to bank guidelines and regulations.
• Review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain knowledge of loan tickets and collateral tracking systems.
• Act as liaison between lender, appraisal department and attorney as needed.
• Assist staff with documentation exceptions and general inquiries.
• Remain compliant with state and federal banking laws and regulations.
• Field incoming customer service calls.
