Job summary

Stillman Bank is seeking a Commercial/Consumer/Agricultural Loan Processor to manage documentation for loan requests in line with bank policies and regulatory requirements. You will work with lenders and RMAs to ensure complete, accurate files prior to closing and booking.

The role involves preparing documentation, coordinating with multiple parties, verifying collateral and conditions, and keeping organized files for audits and funding. This is an on-site 40-hour week position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of loan processing/loan operations experience.
• Experience with commercial, agricultural, and consumer loan documentation preferred.
• Strong understanding of loan documentation and collateral requirements.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documentation for commercial, consumer, and agricultural loan requests using approved systems and forms.
• Review loan requests to ensure completeness before documentation preparation.
• Coordinate with lenders, RMAs, appraisal vendors, title companies, attorneys, and others to facilitate closings.
• Verify collateral documents, insurance, lien perfection, and closing conditions.
• Ensure compliance with bank policy, regulatory requirements, and underwriting approvals.
• Prepare and organize loan closing packages for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with loan renewals, modifications, extensions, and maintenance.
• Track outstanding items and communicate status to lenders and RMAs.
• Maintain organized loan files and support audits and examinations.
• Support loan boarding and funding with Loan Accounting and Loan Operations staff.
