Summit Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Processor 1 to support the loan process from application through closing. You will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely loan completion while delivering a high-quality member experience.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with underwriters, Mortgage Loan Officers, and internal and external partners, monitor pipelines, prepare documents, and communicate clearly with members across multiple channels to resolve issues and keep tasks moving smoothly.

As a Mortgage Processor 1, you’ll play a key role in supporting the mortgage loan process from application through closing. Through attention to detail, strong communication, and collaboration, you’ll help ensure accurate, compliant, and timely loan completion while delivering a high-quality member experience.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit, stand, and walk, and use hands and fingers. The employee may occasionally reach above and below shoulder level and lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 10 pounds.
Work is performed in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Travel to branches may require exposure to outdoor and traffic conditions.
A variety of office equipment, including telephone, printer, PC, and mobile devices.
