Responsibilities

• Type loans and modifications, ensuring proper documentation for various types of loans.
• Prepare related loan documents, book loans, upload loans to the system, properly fund loans, and update customer data.
• Audit loan files, verify required documents were received and included in the loan file.
• Verify substantial insurance is maintained on collateral.
• Update existing loan files as directed by Loan Officers or Department Supervisor.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding loans.
• Prepare correspondence to customers and perform other tasks requested by supervisors.
