Job summary

High Point Federal Credit Union in Olean, NY is seeking a Loan Processor I to support the Lending Department by ensuring loan documents are complete, maintaining electronic records, and assisting members with inquiries. The position offers regular daytime hours, with a 38-hour workweek, and is based in-office in Olean.

Qualifications

• Previous clerical experience with Excel and Word.
• Ability to uphold confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Scan and file electronic documents according to established procedures.
• Utilize checklists to verify the completeness and accuracy of loan documents.
• Review departmental reports and take appropriate actions as needed.
• Assist members with loan-related questions, including lien releases, title inquiries, loan payoffs, and loan activity.
• Respond to member inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform daily administrative and operational tasks that support the Lending Department.
• Maintain electronic records and files in an organized and secure manner.
• Other tasks or projects as assigned by the Consumer Lending Operations Manager.
