Job summary

OneSource Financial is seeking a proactive Loan Coordinator (Processor) in Auburn, NY, to manage end-to-end loan files from intake to funding. This role requires some Saturdays and EST-hours availability, with on-site work at headquarters.

You will gather documents, validate loan details, and prepare lender-ready packages while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan processing or related lending role.
• Familiarity with loan math: DTI, LTV, income and payment calculations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor explanations.
• Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; strong autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Gather, verify, and organize documents for loan completion.
• Review applications; follow up to resolve missing or conflicting information.
• Prepare clean, lender-ready loan files for submission.
• Interview applicants to clarify financials and documentation.
• Pull and review credit; assess creditworthiness and exceptions.
• Coordinate closing steps and reconcile loan proceeds.
• Provide proactive updates to clients, sales, and partners; log interactions.
